I have trouble reconciling allowing all people a voice with maintaining a civil society and informed citizenry. The Girl Scouts were first organized on this date in 1912. Alfred Hitchcock films were mostly suspenseful, but his history is more mysterious. It's not at all clear why his holiday is today.
