 An attempt to lower poverty, expressing oneself using written communication, bubble baths, show and tell presentations in the workplace, ogling men (if you're into that), the birth of a character in a classic sci-fi film, trying to spread joy as though it were a germ, the argyle fabric pattern, the Earth's rotation, and English toffee are things we're paying attention to today:

National Joygerm Day attempts to spread joy in the way an infectious disease spreads through a population, sort of like a joy pandemic.

Finally, today is a day to revel in argyle.
